MY MISSION
My mission is to keep serving and uplifting my community.
My dream is to teach others how to grow — whether it’s as Notary Publics, Realtors, entrepreneurs, or simply better communicators and professionals. I believe in empowering others with the tools, mindset, and guidance to build strong, respectful, and successful relationships — in every area of life.
MY JOURNEY
I served as a Legal Advisor for the Regional Government of Peru.
I’m originally from Peru, where I began my legal career with professional training at the Superior Court of Cusco.
I later served as a Legal Advisor to the Department of Accounting and Auditing at the National University of San Antonio Abad del Cusco — my alma mater — and went on to work as a Legal Advisor for the Regional Government of Apurímac.
My work spanned public administration, civil matters, contracts, and regulatory compliance. During that time, I also earned my official certification as an Extrajudicial Conciliator (Mediator), strengthening my ability to resolve conflicts and facilitate clear, respectful communication.
Then I immigrated to the United States…
In 2003, after getting married and starting a family, my husband and I immigrated to the United States.
Like many immigrants, I had to rebuild from the ground up — learning the language, adapting to a new system, and finding new ways to serve my community.
That journey taught me resilience and gave me a deeper purpose: to continue using my legal knowledge and life experience to support others.
CURRENTLY
Today, I work as a bilingual Notary Public in California.
Many people in our Hispanic community turn to me not just for help with paperwork, but for peace of mind when dealing with complex legal or property-related matters.
Thanks to my background as an attorney and mediator, I bring more to the table than just translation—I offer legal insight, cultural awareness, and practical, real-world solutions.
My work goes beyond signatures and stamps; it's about empowering people with knowledge and protecting their interests in a system that often feels overwhelming.
Whether you're handling a name change, a restraining order, or a real estate deal, I'm here to be your guide and advocate every step of the way.
Real estate is my true area of expertise, and I lead a dedicated team known as Perfecto Homes.
I assist individuals and families with a wide range of services—from real estate transactions involving residential, commercial, and rental properties, to lease agreements, business contracts, family matters, and court-related documents.
Whether it’s preparing and notarizing powers of attorney for international use or helping clients navigate through legal paperwork, I approach each case with clarity, patience, and professionalism.
I specialize in explaining legal documents in both Spanish and English, ensuring every client understands what they’re signing and why. My goal is to remove confusion and build confidence, especially when it comes to dealing with administrative and legal processes that involve public agencies or private institutions.
I'm also a Wedding Officiant!
I like to say: I marry people, help them buy homes, and sometimes help them “unmarry” too. Whether it’s helping a family close on their dream home, draft a business agreement, or navigate a divorce or family issue, I’m there to support them with professionalism and compassion.
Outside of work, I’m a proud mom, a lifelong learner, and someone who values human rights, community connection, and open dialogue. I enjoy participating in community events, humanitarian causes, sports, and animal advocacy.
